On 26 March at 18.00, the stage of the Krakow VARIETE Theatre will host Dagny Mikoś accompanied by her band and singing the songs of Agnieszka Osiecka! Tickets for the concert are available at the Theatre box office and on-line at www.teatrvariete.pl.
DAGNY/OSIECKA is the largest artistic project in the career of the actress Dagny Mikoś: it consists of the recording and release of an album with nine lyrics by Agnieszka Osiecka and music by various composers with arrangements created by Mikołaj Babula. Mikoś also conducted a number of activities on the Internet aimed at popularising the work of the great Polish lyricist (including the LIVEs “Porozmawiajmy o Osieckiej” or “Poczytam Wam Osiecką”). Her début album was produced as a result of a hugely successful crowdfunding campaign.
Dagny Mikoś is an actress and singer from the Podkarpacie region. She graduated from the Faculty of Acting at the L. Schiller National Film, Television and Theatre School in Łódź (2013) and the Vocal Faculty of the Krakow School of Jazz and Contemporary Music (2018). Since 2013, she has been involved with the artistic crew of the Wanda Siemaszkowa Theatre in Rzeszów. During 10 years of acting, she created dozens of theatre, radio and television roles.
