Kamila Polit works in the areas of arts and culture, public relations, branding and image building, managing production teams for theatre plays and films, as well as raising public and private funding for cultural activities. She has led project teams, employees of her own production company and departmental staff in a public institution, where she developed the strategy for international activities and carried out the digitisation process in a tendering procedure. She has worked in a multinational corporation, where she honed her skills to achieve goals in an international and multicultural environment.
