How to buy a ticket?

Individual and group reservations can be made by phone at 12 442 78 00, ext. 3 or 12 442 78 02 and by e-mail: organizacja.widowni@teatrvariete.pl or teatr@teatrvariete.pl

Your personal information (full name, telephone number) made available when making the reservation is protected in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of Personal Data (consolidated text JoL of 2014, item 1182, as amended).

Tickets for all events held at Krakow VARIETE Theatre can be purchased at the Theatre's ticket office or on-line. Payments in the ticket office can be made in cash or with a payment card.

On-line tickets

Tickets can be purchased on-line at the latest half an hour before the event begins. You can purchase up to 10 tickets per event at a time.

VAT Invoice

In order to receive the VAT invoice, please contact the Theatre’s ticket office or the Audience Organisation Office at the latest seven days from the date of purchasing the ticket. The invoice will be issued up to the 15th day of the month following the one in which the purchase took place.

In the case of on-line payment, the invoice will be generated automatically and sent to the customer e-mail when this option is selected in the payment process.

Tickets purchased at the Theatre ticket office and on-line can be returned or changed only if the event got cancelled.

Reduced ticket prices apply only to selected repertoire shows.

Reduced tickets

Reduced tickets are available to pupils, students up to the age of 26 and pensioners (based on valid school, student or pensioner card).

Cards

Tickets with the discount granted on the basis of Krakowska Karta Rodzinna 3+ and Karta dla Rodziny “N” can only be purchased at the Theatre's ticket office. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Krakowska Karta Rodzinna 3+ and the Terms and Conditions of Karta dla Rodziny “N” prior to purchase..

Open Ticket can be purchased at the Theatre’s ticket office or online. Open Ticket is available in the following versions:

Repertoire Open Ticket – for 1 person, applies to shows: Chicago, Pretty Woman – The Musical, The Play That Goes Wrong, RENT – at PLN 160,00

The Play That Goes Wrong Open Ticket – for 1 person – at PLN 110.00

SIX Open Ticket– for 1 person – at PLN 140.00

Krakow VARIETE Theatre has facilities for people with disabilities. There are two wheelchair spaces on the audience, which should be reserved in advance at 12 442 78 00 ext. 3 or 12 442 78 02.

The Theatre is equipped with a ramp and a lavatory adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility.

People with disabilities have preferential ticket purchase conditions.
