Good Taste Production and Krakow VARIETE Theatre invite you to concert of Julia Pietrucha on March 28 at 20:00.
Julia Pietrucha published in April 2016 her debut album Parsley, inspired by a several month trip to Asia. The disc contains 15 songs in the ballad-like, pop mood, with folk elements and the soothing sound of ukulele.
The first edition was rapidly sold out, and the title was among the most popular tracks on iTunes. The album itself was warmly received by the critics and was described as surprising and exciting. The successful debut resulted in an invitation to the Open’er Festival, where at her first concert, the Artist was enthusiastically received by a public of more than one thousand people.
In subsequent weeks, the single “On My Own” promoting the Parsley album was permanently included in the chart of Polish Radio Programme 3.
The Music Academy of this broadcaster also honoured Julia with its most important annual award – Mateusz 2016 in the Entertainment Music – Debut category for “unique sensitivity and proving herself and the world that it can be different”.
In the autumn of 2016, Julia Pietrucha inaugurated a concert tour. Her itinerary includes the stage of the VARIETE Theatre in Krakow, where she will perform on March 28!
