After more than five years, Adam ‘Nergal’ Darski and John Porter return to stage of the Krakow VARIETE Theatre! Me And That Man will perform on April 17 at 19:00. The pre-sale of tickets will run until 1 April 2023.
The band was formed in 2016 by the Polish guitarist and vocalist Adam ‘Nergal’ Darski, known as the frontman of the Behemoth band, and British singer and guitarist John Porter. Their debut album Songs of Love and Death was launched on 24 March 2017 by the Cooking Vinyl label. The album is a unique blend of folk, blues and country, creating a work that is reminiscent of Nick Cave, Tom Waits, Johnny Cash or David Allan Coe and is strongly marked by a devilish element close to the band leader. In addition to songs known from previous releases and concerts, the band is preparing some surprises, which you will hear during the group’s five performances scheduled for this spring.
The band will be supported by the Kraków-based formation .WAVS.
